TN-azubiAbschluss JulioWe are delighted: never before have so many young talents started their training at Spiel-Bau at the same time! A total of 14 new trainees are joining us – a new milestone in our company's history.

Whether in the office or in production, our new colleagues bring a breath of fresh air and a lot of motivation. They are spread across five different apprenticeship professions and will actively support our team in the coming years.

We are particularly proud that some of them are coming to us straight from school and gaining their first professional experience at Spiel-Bau. To make their start as easy as possible, our mentoring program supports all new trainees right from the start. Experienced mentors are on hand to answer questions and give valuable tips for a successful start to their professional lives.

We warmly welcome our new trainees and look forward to an exciting time together!
