A special surprise for the holidays

TN-WunschbaumBesuch IHKOnce again this year, Spiel-Bau's wish tree brought many surprised and, above all, smiling faces to the children's home in Radewege.
At the end of November, as in 2023, a tree with wish lists from the children in Radewege was put up in on our premises. The children's wishes, sorted into groups, were then taken from the tree by employees to fulfill a Christmas wish.
The response from last year was quickly exceeded - over 60 presents of various sizes were collected! Spiel-Bau also added a few of the larger group gifts.
Yesterday, our heavily laden Santa Claus and his two helpers, accompanied by Managing Director Fabian Lorenz, made their way to Radewege to make the children's wish lists come true.
We can hardly put into words the gratitude and joy we felt when handing over the presents. Between poems, Christmas carols and games, one emotional moment followed the next. Tearful, but fulfilling, as Christmas helper Isabel mentions.
“Especially in this day and age, gestures of charity are all the more important,” says Managing Director Fabian Lorenz, who created an extraordinary memory for both the children and the Spiel-Bau team with the idea back in 2023.
Our heartfelt thanks go to all Spiel-Bau employees who took part in the campaign and also made children's hearts beat faster.
There is a little bonus at the end: This year, Spiel-Bau is donating 1,000 euros as a climate protection contribution to become a sponsor for 100 trees in nearby Bad Belzig.
