IHK visiting Spiel-Bau

TN-IHKBesuch IHKOn Thursday, Ms. Leona Heymann, Head of the IHK Regional Center and Marco Albrecht, Consultant for Industry and Innovation, visited us in Klein-Kreutz.

Together with our Managing Director Fabian Lorenz, they took a tour to gain a comprehensive impression of the latest developments at Spiel-Bau. The focus was particularly on the digitalization of production processes and the expansion of our infrastructure for sustainable business.

In the subsequent round of talks, the successful concept of the 4-day working week and the extensive expansion of training opportunities at Spiel-Bau were discussed in detail. From 2025, we will be offering trainees in five different IHK apprenticeships (technical product designer, office management assistant, construction mechanic, metal technology specialist, wood mechanic) the opportunity to get the best possible start to their careers.

We are delighted that the Chamber of Industry and Commerce is interested in closely following the successful corporate development of Spiel-Bau GmbH and continuing to provide support for the digital transformation. We would like to thank Ms. Heymann and Mr. Albrecht for the constructive exchange and look forward to strengthening our training area as well as many new trainees.
