All support posts made of robinia, naturally grown.
All wooden parts made of Robinia, planed and chamfered. All wooden parts are untreated.
Ropes made of Hercules rope.
All connecting parts made of stainless steel or galvanized. Use of self-locking nuts only.
Drying cracks are normal in all native hard woods, also after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore drying cracks do not justify a warranty claim. (cf supplementary sheet to the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
In terms of wooden parts being installed in bark mulch the warranty is excluded.
